Chelabs is a software and web development studio based in Montevideo, founded by Felipe Ruiz (CEO) and Mateo Cárdenas (CTO). We own the full cycle: we understand the business, design the solution, build it and run it in production. We work with in-house teams and no management layers, so technical judgement reaches the decision intact and answers don't wait on a chain of command.
