The problem
RBS distributes and licenses films from the major studios in Uruguay and talked to cinemas over email: trailers, materials and the rules for each release went back and forth by hand, and there was no public listing.

What we did
A public site with what is showing and what is coming, and behind it a portal for exhibitors with all the material for each film. RBS runs it from its own admin panel.
- “Now showing” and “Coming soon” catalogue with the trailer in a window.
- Licensing, Radio Disney and events sections.
- VIP portal for exhibitors: documents, trailers and the INAU rating for each title.
- Admin panel with roles and an audit log that cannot be erased.
- Two-factor login and lockout after five failed attempts.

How it's used today
Live at rbs.com.uy. RBS loads the listings and cinemas download the material from the portal.
