Member registry, land, site progress, purchasing and the communication with dozens of families each lived in its own spreadsheet, with no connection between them. Every figure was typed more than once and nobody had the full picture of the site.

A custom platform with the construction site at its core. We started with the process that hurt most and it grew module by module, with the system running and people using it.

• Work orders, trades and supplies, and purchasing.
• Inspections with PDF output, daily log and a real-time site chat.
• Staff, with attendance imported from the fingerprint clock.
• Cooperative module: ANV, mutual aid and social registry.
• Portal by national ID for members and workers, plus an investor dashboard.
• On the site manager's phone: “Request” (the order goes out over WhatsApp) and “Receive” (photo of the delivery note and stock).

In production, with over 430 automated tests covering the flows and on-site operation starting with purchasing in October 2026. Progress is stored as history rather than a number that gets overwritten: on a construction site the curve matters, not the last value.
